We offer FREE standard shipping based on these order minimums.


How long does it take to get my order?

Everything we make is crafted with careful attention to detail. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all our goods are made to order. Our current lead time is 3-5 days.

Free Shipping : orders over $85!

All orders are shipped via FedEx International Air from Marrakech. If for some reason FedEx doesn’t deliver to your area, we’ll use DHL.

All items are shipped by air from Marrakech, so your order shouldn’t take more than 3-10 business days between the time it takes off and when it arrives at your door.


What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

We will always replace items lost in the mail due to the carrier's fault.

We will not replace items lost due to customers providing the wrong delivery address.

To replace your lost shipment, your order must have been a tracked and insured parcel per our shipping options. All un-tracked and uninsured shipments are not eligible for replacement.


Are there customs and duties on my order?

USA customers will not be charged duties or customs unless their order totals over $800 USD.

For all other international destinations, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a seller, we are expected to comply with the import laws and regulations of the countries we ship to. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold item is not marked “gift” on a customs declaration form.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Yak Goods ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid,” and does not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered for your package to clear customs.

If your international order has not been received within 31 business days, please consult your local customs office and contact us.

Can you redirect my package after it's shipped?

Please double-check your shipping address when you place your order. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect or reroute packages once they have left our workshop.

How do I start a return?

How do I exchange my item for something else?

If your product is faulty, or we sent you the wrong order by mistake, contact us within 90 days of delivery to get a replacement.

If you changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase and provide you with a prepaid label.

Returning Items for Exchange:

Please return your items to us within 90 days of delivery for store credit.
We will provide you with a free prepaid return label

What will you not accept as a return?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Custom products or engraved products.
Patina: discoloration or markings on your product caused through usage.
If you permanently altered something we made.
Final sale items.


Do you accept Money Orders or Checks?

We do not accept money orders or checks.

We only accept the following payments:

All major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover


How long does it take to get my money back after a refund?

Typically after an order is canceled or refunded, your funds will appear in your bank within 3-5 business days. Although this can vary. We always recommend calling your bank to confirm when the funds will be available.

If an order is refunded within 72 hours of the original transaction, it will appear as an adjustment or reversal of the original charge. Not a separate refund.

Can coupon codes be stacked or combined?

No, we do not allow coupon stacking. Occasionally we might run sales on our websites where coupon codes can be used in addition to already discounted items.
